Interaction & visual design for medical clinic
OVERVIEW —
I was the lead designer for The Kingsley Clinic, an online urgent care clinic. The Kingsley Clinic was co-founded in 2020 by two physicians whose mission was to elevate the quality of care in telemedicine. The CEO hired me to design the overall experience where a patient would sign up, pay for their visit, answer medical survey questions, and meet the doctor through video chat.

I was the sole designer on the project. I collaborated with the core team that included 2 doctors (the co-founders), 2 engineering leads, various offshore engineers, and 2 marketing teammates.
