The Lilly Project

I was the lead designer for The Lilly Project, an internal software for doctors.

OVERVIEW —

While working on The Kingsley Clinic (see other project), the same client asked me to work on their doctor’s portal. This product was an engine that used artificial intelligence to help doctors more quickly diagnose their patients with increased accuracy. I was hired to create flows for doctors video chatting with their patients while entering in subscriptions and diagnosing their patients.

TEAM & TIMEFRAME —

The team was made up of the two co-founders (doctors), and around 3 engineers throughout the project. We worked on this for two months.

USER & GOALS —

The target users for this design were doctors working at the private practice. Their goals were to have quick access to the patient’s medical history while prescribing medications, and having an efficient experience with their patients.

“Emi worked directly with our doctors, software developers, marketing team and literally every single person on the team loved working with her. When you and your team work with Emi, you find your team suddenly working at a higher level because she has this humble perfection about her that makes you want to try and rise to her level. She is absolutely brilliant and a true pleasure to work with.”
— Dr. James Kingsley, CEO of The Lilly Project
